If your Verification is unsuccessful, you will also receive an Email Notification from us with a reason as to why your verification was unsuccessful.


 
Common Reasons why your verification may be unsuccessful. 

  1. Your uploaded documents do not meet the requirements.
  2. Your Uploaded ID document is obstructed or does not have all 4 edges visible. Please ensure the entire ID document is clear and visible for the best results.
  3. Your Verification photo (picture of yourself holding the verification statement) does not meet the requirements. You must have one arm visibly holding the statement and your face must not be obstructed.
